Our Staff
The firm is managed by highly qualified and experienced personnel of various professional backgrounds. These include Economists, Chartered Accountants, Legal Analysts, Inormation Systems Analysts, Organisational Development Experts etc. A list of our senior staff and their brief profiles is outlined below.
1. Sean Enock Tembo is one of the founders of Enosyst Associates and is specialised in the provision of project management and business advisory services in the firm. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Derby in the United Kingdom as well a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University in Kitwe. Sean is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration with a major in organisational behaviour, from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. He is a member of the project management institute (PMI) as well as fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) of the United Kingdom. He is a holder of an audit practice certificate issued by ACCA and ZICA as well as a fellow member of the Botswana Institute of Accountants (FCPA (Bots). Sean is also a fellow member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA) as well as a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) of the United States of America. He is a council member of Gerson Lehrman Group council of advisors which is one of the largest and most diverse consultancy organisations in the world and is based in the United States of America. Sean has worked as a Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers for more than four years as well as in several capacities for a number of organizations, before founding Enosyst Associates.
2. Fortune Phiri is the other partner that founded ENOSYST 14 years ago in 2004. He is a Chartered Accountant with a Master of Business Administration degree from Herriot Watt University in the United Kingdom as well as a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the Copperbelt University in Kitwe. He is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) as well as a Fellow Member of the Zambian Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA). He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) of the United States. Fortune is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and also a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP). He is currently pursuing the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program. He has worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte as an Auditor for several years as well as other organisations in various capacities before founding ENOSYST in 2004. In his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and ENOSYST, Fortune has successfully undertaken external audit assignments for various organisations in various capacities ranging from Relationship Partner, Engagement Partner, Engagement Manager, Audit Senior and Team Leader.
3. Poster Kaluba
Poster has over 20 years of extensive experience providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to both public and private enterprises and is a Partner at ENOSYST. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Accountancy Degree from the Copperbelt University and is a Fellow Member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA). Poster is also a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) as well as the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCPA). He also has international experience having worked in South Africa and Botswana. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Botswana, where he was a Senior Manager in the Gaborone office Poster gained extensive experience undertaking forensic audits and statutory audits of mining companies, manufacturing, hospitality retail, insurance, and local and international NGOs. He has extensive experience with the operations of Audit Committees, Internal Audit Departments, corporate governance matters, internal controls design, implementation, review and assessments and impact assessments and evaluations. In his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers and ENOSYST, Poster has also successfully undertaken audit and consultancy assignments for various organisations in various capacities ranging from Relationship Partner, Engagement Partner, Engagement Manager, and Lead Consultant.
